Roumiana Atanassova, PhD

Chevening Alumni, 2004-2005. Shapers of Tomorrow Mentoring programme Lead and Head of the BCA Management Board (2017-2022). Currently based in Finland and works for Grannenfelt Finance Oy. Member of the Board of Directors of the Project Management Institute Finland Chapter.

With a career spanning 25 years, five countries and several industries with strong background in international relations, organisational management, change management and EU Affairs.

More than 20 years’ project management experience in digital transformation, energy efficiency, e-governance, innovation, technology transfer, education, including e-learning, media and marketing.

Plamen Ralchev, PhD

Associate Professor in International Relations and Freelance Consultant in Business Diplomacy and Strategic Communications.

Dr. Plamen Ralchev is Associate Professor and Head of Department of International Relations at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. In 2004/2005 he was a Chevening Scholar (FCO/ British Council) at the Department of Sociology at the University of Bristol, UK.
